We use a range of techniques to increase the durability of hydraulic cylinders The combination of optimal protection against corrosion, hardness and the simplest possible maintenance, taking external influences into account, is the criterion for the selection of coatings.

Special attention is given to welding and welding on surfaces, which are often used for the renewal of hydraulic cylinders. The purpose of protection methods is the protection of the external and internal surfaces of hydraulic cylinders. Together with our business partners, we provide: hard and hot chroming, the application of bronze, and the application of nickel, etc. The precise protection method is selected according to the client’s needs.

A wide variety of hydraulic cylinders, pipes, pistons, controls and gaskets mean they can be used in a wide range of applications. All our cylinders are 100% verified and can operate under working pressures of up to pmax = 350 bar (exceptionally up to 1,500 bar).
The following main cylinder parameters can be selected:
– diameter of the hydraulic cylinder hole D = from Ø 25 mm to Ø 350 mm
– piston rod diameter d = from Ø 8 mm to Ø 250 mm
– maximum stroke lmax = 4000 mm

Our hydraulic cylinders were developed to operate in extreme working conditions and under high working pressures, e.g. for the requirements in mineshafts. Hydraulic cylinders can be galvanically bronzed on the inside and protected with chrome on the outside. Thus we can guarantee 100% safety, operational reliability and long-term use.
