We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our machine park with the new Sunnen HTC 4300W honing machine, further enhancing our machining capabilities.
What is honing?
Honing is a fine mechanical machining process used to achieve:
- high dimensional accuracy,
- optimal surface roughness,
- improved sealing performance,
- extended service life of machined components.
The process is especially important for hydraulic cylinders, where the correct surface structure ensures reliable operation and reduces seal wear.
